OPI Powder Dip- OPI Powder Perfection Dip manicure is an oder free acrylic alternative that promotes a clean-air envirpoment while offering gel-like shine and weeks of wear. OPI Powder Perfection provides a less bulky hand feel and can be used on clients with weak, flexilble nails that break easily.
