PURE Spa & Fitness provides a wide range of fitness training services, including sport-specific, rapid-results (i.e. wedding preparation), fitness contest preparation, weight gain or loss, and general fitness training.

Fitness plans are customized to each client, focussing on strength training, cardiovascular training and supportive nutrition.

For the past six years, we’ve helped hundreds of people of all fitness levels reach their individual goals. Let us help you get the results you are aiming for.

What To Expect

While we are confident we can coach almost any situation to success, we don’t expect you to jump in head first! Every client (and potential client) will go through our “investigative” phase. First, you will meet with one of our experienced trainers to dicuss your goals, limitations, medical history, likes and dislikes, time frame and fitness experience. You’ll also complete a short, in-studio fitness assessment to measure your current fitness level. You will then return for a full workout tailored to you, so you can get an idea of what to expect and make an informed decision of whether or not to pursue training. If you decide we are not for you, you owe nothing and have given us a fair look. If you decide to continue… the training is on!

PURE Spa & Fitness is not locked in to any training method, workout program, or fitness theory. This gives us the flexibility to use whatever methods, styles, exercise selections and level of progression that is best for your fitness level and help you achieve the results you are looking for. We’ll do what’s right for your situation, whether it is getting ready for an event, weight loss, general fitness, striving for a sports scholarship or cracking a starting lineup. We are current, practical and goal-driven!
